Carla Ng | CPA, PMP, REALTOR®
Organized, detail-oriented, and creative-minded, Carla Ng brings extensive business experience and a strong financial background to her work as a REALTOR®. Carla graduated with honors from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Business, acquired her CPA license, and also received the PMP (Project Management Professional) designation.
Her hardworking and tenacious spirit led her to a career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of the Big 4 Accounting Firms. She has business development experience managing multiple territories in the Pacific Northwest in the educational sector. Carla has been involved in real estate acquisition and residential property management in California since 2009.
Carla provides unparalleled customer service focused on value and commitment to her clients. As a dedicated REALTOR®, she ensures buyers obtain the best value for their dream home and sellers enjoy a smooth, stress-free sale of their home. Her prior financial experience is a proven asset for clients because she takes a strategic approach to the home buying and selling process while applying methodical attention to detail. Through constant communication and availability, she is truly committed to helping her clients achieve their goals.
Setting the bar high for herself, Carla sourced a buyer and closed her first deal just 4 months after receiving her real estate license, an over $2 million transaction. She went on to receive the "Rookie of the Year" and "Rising Star" awards from her brokerage. Carla also landed a role as the featured REALTOR® with her buyers on HGTV's hit show House Hunters (Season 215, Episode 8 - LA Glam or Rehab).
She is happy to be living in sunny Redondo Beach and servicing the South Bay of Los Angeles. Carla is an avid explorer of the area, always trying new restaurants and enjoying local music and community events. When she’s not working hard for her clients, you can find her breaking a sweat in fitness classes, hiking neighborhood trails, and riding her beach cruiser along the strand.
